Companies and Recorders


Companies and Recorders allows you to modify a user’s permissions. To begin you need to drill down to what you want to change. The first two filters you apply you choose will allow you to change the remaining option for this user.
For example, if you choose company and recorder you’re able to change the unit for the selected user as shown below:
To modify what a user in a selected unit has access to for counties, you’d select Company and Unit as shown below:
For any box that has Enabled checked within the selected company, and the selected unit, the selected user will be able to submit recordings to the recording desk.

Administrator would allow them to manage users and company data under the administration drop down.

Submitter would allow the selected user to work the recording desk role for the county selected.
