1.Open package: Opens the returned package from recorder. See Recorded Documents for details.
2.View History: Shows all updates from package creation, also shows any rejection information the county or recording desk provided.
3.Retire package(s): Moves the selected documents to the retired list.
4.View Retired: Opens the list of all retired documents, they can be restored from here, or just opened. Searchable.
5.PDF 1st page all doc’s / date: Asks a date range and will create a PDF of the first page of each package. After clicking Get 1st Page(s) double click the PDF icon to view.
6.Expanded Search: Searches both retired and active packages. See Expanded Search for details.
7.Search: Searches by package name only.
